ORFS Female Hose Tails

 

The hydraulic hose connectors are manufactured in accordance with various standards, including ISO, SAE, DIN, JIS, BS, and NF, to ensure a broad range of applications for hydraulic pressure hoses. This product is durable and reliable due to its high-quality manufacturing and materials. It provides secure and leak-proof connections and is suitable for a wide range of industrial and automotive applications.

A Zinc coating and Cr-VI free zinc plating process ensures a high corrosion resistance of all carbon steel products, in accordance with EU and US regulations as well as SAE J516 and DIN EN ISO 12151 requirements.

 

The exclusion of hexavalent chromium ensures an environment-friendly result without compromising corrosion resistance. Testing to EN ISO 9227 proves the zinc-plating lasts a minimum of 240 hours without corrosion before crimping.

O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS)

This fitting type have high level of sealing and good vibration resistance. The fittings use the O-ring compression mechanism to seal. The female fittings have flat faces and straight threaded UNF swivel nuts. The male fittings have the O-ring in a groove in the flat face. Standard: ISO 12151-1, ISO8434-3, SAE 516.
